If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email pulsecollective.kj@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line Refund Request. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for orders older than 30 days. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy.
